In charge of construction coordination for Carey Realty Investments, with over 40 years of Development and Construction experience.

Coordinating the development and construction of a 162,000 square foot warehouse/distribution center, a 111,000 square foot $14,000,000 office/testing facility for ABB, 80,000 square foot $11,000,000 and 90,000 square foot $12,000,000 midrise office buildings in Richfield, Ohio, leased to Aetna Life Insurance Company and Bell & Howell, and a 50,000 square foot health center for Grant/Riverside Hospital.

Mr. Burbrink, who has professional experience as Executive Vice President-Director of Development with John W. Galbreath & Co., received a bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Dayton.

Participated in the development and construction of more than 100 major real estate projects of class A office towers, hotels and garage structures with a total value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Designed innovative financing arrangements, including incorporating public/private sector funding in the development of major multi- use projects throughout the United States.

Provided project ownership evaluations for major developments, including analysis of sale/leaseback arrangements, tax benefits, cost of operations and financing cost in consulting, joint venture and equity arrangements.

Coordinated development consulting contracts, including project goal definition, architect selection, design concept development, financing and ownership arrangements, and construction management.

Managed and coordinated some of the nations leading architects in the preparation of design documents, including detailed architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.

Provided evaluations for major renovations projects to determine financial feasibility and to establish extent of value added and affordable changes to existing buildings.
